I am about to get all my clients home, two on flights now and 1 more on Monday. We become so vested and concerned about our clients. Hoping and praying all your travel dreams come true. Mostly worrying about the what ifs……They have all happened lately.
It is so very hard to watch. At times I have struggled with explaining why to use a travel agent. I get it you can get the same basic price. But when things happen you have a medical emergency or a pandemic We are here for you unlike the on line booking site (some of which are now filing bankruptcy) These past few weeks have been like nothing I have ever seen and don't want to see again. Working around the clock canceling trips, re scheduling trips trying to get people home before borders closed working hard and watching my money lost. But that has not and will not keep me from working my hardest to protect my clients best interest.
